Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start looking for my DJ


The best time to start looking for a DJ would be around the time you have finalized your event date! This would be a good time to start with any recomendations you may have already. You don't need to be a genuis to know that leaving this to the last minute will only end up in disappointment and could be the difference between an amazing event and not so amazing event! I'm guessing you and all your guests would perfer the first outcome for sure.. TIP: If your DJ quotes come back that sounds too good to be ture, the chances are, it is! Remember cheaper usally means cheaper equipment, cheaper over all look and lack of experience




How do I make certain you are my DJ for my event?


A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date. Upon payment of your deposit, a contract will be sent to you for electronic approval. Please approve and print a copy for your records. The next steps in the planning process will be outlined in your confirmation e-mail. Payments can be made through our online planning system. Can we choose the music?


YES! This is your event! While we are happy to make suggestions, you have total control over the music that is played at your event. We have clients who choose every single song to be played; we have clients who leave it entirely up to us, and everything in between. You can view songs by selecting the browse button in our music tab.




Have you ever performed at my venue?


Chances are YES! We most probably know all of your venders too! As a full time career DJ, I'm blessed and thankful to perform at some of the most beautiful places in and around Charelston South Carolina from historic buildings to nightclubs, bars, creek clubs, aquariums, plantations, golf clubs and hotels just to mention a few! We pride ourselves on word of mouth and absulotly love the relationships we've built with all the amazing venues.




What DJ experience do you have?


Mikey Lee is an award winning full time DJ with an event career streching almost 2 decades. Now 35 years old, he has performed events all throughout Europe and the U.S including cities such as London, Ibiza, Miami & Los Angeles.
